Work in Progress: Eames' Background
Birth Name: Timothy Ryan Blackwood
Family History: Son of Edward and Madeleine Blackwood. He was a British National and Madeleine was the daughter of a French industrialist. Their family were friends and then their children fell into love - or at least realized the benefit of their marriage.
Their first son was born ten months after their wedding, the second fifteen months later. When Timothy was nearly two his sister, Wendy, was born. She was barely two herself when she died due to a heart problem they had been fighting since her birth. Hers was the first funeral Timothy attended.
When Timothy was eight, and his brother nearly ten, their father was posted as a National to Kenya. It was there that Timothy spent the next nine years of his life. During that ninth summer life came to a screeching halt. Madeleine began to have headaches. They were constant, sometimes blinding. The aneurism struck one night and she died in her sleep. By then William was already off at university and so Edward sent Timothy home to live with his family until he began school as well.
University: Being at uni was being free for Timothy. He quickly gave over to the permissive nature of being away from home. He smoke and drank, partied until he was nearly blind and slept with whomever struck his fancy. A wild child who never dealt with his depression, Timothy quickly found himself with financial backing for the lifestyle he so enjoyed and so he came up with another plan. A dab hand at copying art and papers and documents, Timothy began his own business though he finally dropped his classes, moving into a flat near the university and working to support his new habits.
How forgeries turn to forging: Changing his name to Eames, Timothy started working in earnest. Passports, transfer papers, legal documents, whatever it was someone needed, Eames made it happen. Signatures couldn't be told from the real thing and he was good at the other side of the job that made him the best at what he did. Corporate identification came with a lifted security card. Security badges had the uniform to match, down to the regulation, issued at hiring belt.
One day he was approached to supply documentation for five people looking to sneak into Mombasa. It was then that Eames thought to return to the only place that felt like home. Preparing the documents, he helped them into the country and to obtain the security access they needed. It was then that he was introduced to the reality of dream share.
Dream Share: Eames took to dream forging better than he did physical forgeries. It was the next logical step and, to him, amazing. He could be anyone, do anything, and if he was perfect, the job could go without a hitch. That didn't mean he lost his vices, still caught up in a lifestyle that bordered on the dangerous. And he loves every minute of it.
Skills: Paper forgeries: IDs, passports, security badges, letters of recommendation.
Combat: Decent shot. Fairly skilled with a knife. Hand to hand combat.
Dream share: Forgeries
Vices: Smoking: Fairly regular, though he is careful about it when it gets him yelled at.
Drinking: Scotch preference. Overindulges when upset.
Sex: Can sometimes mistake this for something more, especially when he's feeling lonely.
